တည္ေဆာက္မႈေတြြ အမ်ားႀကီး လုပ္ရဦးမယ္ ထင္ပါတယ္ အေမစု ..

ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ဟာ ကြ်န္မရဲ႕အေမအရြယ္ျဖစ္တာရယ္.. အနစ္နာခံတဲ့စိတ္ဓာတ္..ရဲရင့္တည္ၾကည္တဲ့ စိတ္ထား..မ်ားရွိသလို ဟာသညဏ္ကြန္႕ျမဴးတဲ့ စိတ္ရွိသူလည္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္..။ ဒါ့အျပင္ ပန္းတိုင္တခုအတြက္ ဇဲြရွိစြာ အာဏာရွင္ မ်ားကို မေၾကာက္မရြ႕ံပဲ တိုက္ပဲြဝင္ေနသူ ျဖစ္တာေၾကာင့္ `အေမစု `ရယ္လို႕ ျမတ္ျမတ္ႏို္းႏိုး ေလးေလးစားစား အသိအမွတ္ျပဳ ေခၚခ်င္ပါတယ္..။ မနက္ျဖန္ (၁၉ ) ရက္ေန႕ဟာ သူ႕ေမြးေန႕ ျဖစ္တာမို႕ ထံုးစံအတိုင္း အျပင္မွာေရာ အထဲမွာပါ ပံုစံတမ်ိဳးစီ လုပ္သင့္တာေတြ လုပ္ၾကပါေတာ့မယ္..။ ကြ်န္မကေတာ့ သူေျပာခဲ့တာေလးေတြထဲမွာ အႀကိဳက္ဆံုးေတြကို တခုတ္တရ ေရးျပခ်င္ပါတယ္..။ စာအုပ္ (၃) အုပ္ထဲက ေန ကြ်န္မႀကိဳက္တာေတြကို ထုတ္ႏုတ္ တင္ျပခ်င္ပါတယ္..။

သူေျပာခဲ့တာေတြ မေရးခင္မွာ ျပည္တြင္းျပည္ပမွာ ` ျမန္မာအမ်ိဳးသမီးမ်ားေန႕` လို႕ သတ္မွတ္ၿပီး တခမ္းတနားလုပ္ၾကတာေတြ နဲ႕ သေဘာထားေလးေတြကို နဲနဲေလး ေျပာျပခ်င္ပါတယ္..။ ကြ်န္မရဲ႕ မိခင္အဖဲြ႕အစည္းျဖစ္တဲ့ ျမန္မာ့အမ်ိဳးသမီးမ်ားသမဂ ကေတာ့ ကို အဖဲြ႕ဝင္ေတြထံမွာ ဆႏၵခံယူၿပီးေတာ့ အမ်ားစုက သေဘာတူခဲ့တာမို႕ မွတ္မွတ္ရရ `ျမန္မာ့ အမ်ိဳးသမီးမ်ားေန႕` ရယ္လို႕ ဂုဏ္ျပဳပဲြ က်င္းပျပဳလုပ္ေလ့ရွိပါတယ္..။ ဒါေပမဲ့ အမ်ိဳးသမီးအဖဲြ႕အကုန္လံုး ေပါင္းထားတဲ့ `အဖဲြ႕ခ်ဳပ္ `ထဲမွာ ပါတဲ့ တခ်ိဳ႕အဖဲြ႕ကေတာ့ အမ်ိဳးသမီးေန႕လို႕ သေဘာမတူတာေတြ ရွိေနတာမို႕.. ေမြးေန႕ အျဖစ္ပဲ က်င္းပရတာ လည္း ရွိပါတယ္..။ ဆိုေတာ့ တူတာေတြ ရွိသလို မတူတာေတြလည္း ရွိတာမို႕ ကြ်န္မတို႕အားလံုးက အားလံုးအဆင္ေျပေရး ေရွးရူတဲ့အေနနဲ႕ အမ်ားစုေပါင္းလုပ္တဲ့ ေနရာမွာ ေမြးေန႕လို႕ပဲ သေဘာတူ က်င္းပေနရတာဆိုရင္ (၁၀) ႏွစ္္နည္းပါးေလာက္ ရွိေနပါၿပီ..။ ဘာပဲေျပာေျပာ အာဏာရွင္ကို တိုက္ေနတဲ့ အဖဲြ႕ေတြထဲမွာ မတူတဲ့အျမင္ေတြ ရွိေနတယ္.. ဒါကို အျပန္အလွန္ေလးစားရတယ္.. ႀကိဳက္သည္ ျဖစ္ေစ မႀကိဳက္သည္ျဖစ္ေစ.. ျဖစ္ခ်င္တာထက္ ျဖစ္သင့္တာေတြကို လိုက္လုပ္ရတာေတြ ရွိေနတက္တယ္ဆိုတာကို ေျပာျပျခင္းသာျဖစ္ပါတယ္..။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ျမန္မာျပည္ရဲ႕တိုက္ပဲြေတြဟာ အစပ်ိဳး ေနၿပီလား ဒါမွမဟုတ္ ေက်ာ္ခဲ့ၿပီလား ဆိုတာကို ေသခ်ာဆန္းစစ္ရမဲ့ အေျခအေနေတြလည္း အမ်ားႀကီး ရွိပါတယ္ဆိုတာကို ေျပာျပျခင္းသာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္..။

ဘာပဲေျပာေျပာ အေမစုကို ေျပာခ်င္ပါတယ္.. ကြ်န္မတို႕ရဲ႕ တိုက္ပဲြေတြဟာ ၾကာအံုးမယ္.. တည္ေဆာက္ေရးေတြ မျဖစ္မေန လုပ္ခ်င္သည္ျဖစ္ေစ မလုပ္ခ်င္သည္ျဖစ္ေစ လုပ္ရဦးမယ္.. အျပန္အလွန္နားလည္မႈေတြ ရွိလာေအာင္ စကားေတြ အမ်ားႀကီး ေျပာရဦးမယ္ ထင္ပါတယ္.. လြယ္မေယာင္နဲ႕ ခက္ေနတာေတြလည္း အမ်ားႀကီးရွိတာမို႕ ကြ်န္မတို႕ေတြ အားလံုး က်ိဳးစားရပါဦးမယ္လို႕ ဆိုရင္း ေဒၚစု အေတြးမ်ားကို ေလးစားစြာ တင္ျပအပ္ပါတယ္..။ အေတြးမ်ားကို စားသံုးႏိုင္ၾကပါေစလို႕လည္း ဆႏၵျပဳရင္း..။


၁..။ ကိုယ့္ကိုမထိလို႕ရွိရင္ ဖာသိဖာသာ ေနမယ္.. ကိုယ္ဝိုင္းၿပီး ကူညီလိုက္ရလို႕ ကိုယ့္ဖက္လည့္လာမယ္ဆိုတဲ့ စိတ္ထားမ်ိဳး မထားပါနဲ႕..။ လူမ်ားရဲ႕အခြင့္အေရးေတြ ထိခိုက္တာကို ကိုယ္ကၾကည့္ေနမယ္ဆိုရင္ တေန႕က်ရင္ ကိုယ့္ဖက္လွည့္လာမွာပဲ..။

၂..။ လူရဲ႕ သဘာဝဟာ လြယ္လြယ္ရတဲ့ဟာကို သိပ္ၿပီးေတာ့ တန္ဖိုးမထားခ်င္ဘူး..။ အခု ကြ်န္မတို႕ဟာ အခြင့္အေရးေတြ အတြက္ လူ႕အခြင့္အေရးေတြအတြက္ အမ်ားႀကီး က်ိဳးစားရမယ္ အမ်ားႀကီး ဒုကၡခံရမယ္..။ အမ်ားႀကီး အႏၱရယ္ေတြကို ရင္ဆိုင္ရမယ္..။ ဒါေၾကာင့္မို႕လို႕ ဒီမိုကေရစီ အခြင့္အေရးေတြ ရတဲ့အခါက်ရင္ ကြ်န္မတို႕ ျပည္သူလူထုဟာလည္း ပိုၿပီးေတာ့ တန္ဖိုးထားမယ္..။ ပိုၿပီးေတာ့ ကာကြယ္ခ်င္တဲ့ စိတ္ေတြရွိမယ္..။

၃..။ ဒီမိုကေရစီ စနစ္ေအာက္မွာ အတိုက္အခံ အဖဲြ႕အစည္းမ်ားဟာ တရားဝင္ ရပ္တည္ပိုင္ခြင့္ရွိရမယ္.. အတုိက္အခံအဖဲြ႕အစည္းမ်ားဟာလည္း အာဏာရွိေနတဲ့ အစိုးရကို ထိန္းကြပ္ထားႏိုင္တယ္.. အစိုးရကို လည္းပဲ ျပည္သူလူထုက ဒီမိုကေရစီ ေရြးေကာက္ပဲြနဲ႕ တင္ေျမွာက္မယ္..။ ဒီလိုနဲ႕ပဲ ျပည္သူလူထုက အစိုးရမ်ားကို ထိန္းသြားႏိုင္တယ္..။

၄..။ ဒီမိုကေရစီ အတြက္လွုပ္ရွားေနတဲ့ အဖဲြ႕အစည္းေတြရဲ႕ လုပ္အားလိုပါတယ္..။ ဒီလိုလုပ္အားကို တိုးတိုးတိတ္တိတ္နဲ႕ ေပးတဲ့လူေတြလည္း ကိုယ့္နည္းကိုယ့္ဟန္နဲ႕ ဒီမိုကေရစီ တိုက္ပဲြဝင္ရတာပဲ..။ အဲ့ဒီေတာ့ ကိုယ္ဟာ ဘယ္လိုနည္း.. ဘယ္လိုဟန္နဲ႕ ဒီမိုကေရစီ ရရွိေရးအတြက္ ကူညီႏိုင္မလဲဆိုတာ စဥ္းစားၾကပါ..။ စဥ္းစားတာမ်ားလို႕ရွိရင္ အေျဖေပၚမွာပါ..။ တက္ႏို္င္တဲ့ဖက္က ကူညီၾကပါ..။ လူႀကီးလူငယ္မေရြး အားလံုးဝိုင္းၿပီးေတာ့ တက္ႏိုင္တဲ့ဖက္က ကူညီဖို႕ လိုတဲ့အခ်ိန္ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္..။

၅..။ ႏိုင္ငံတႏိုင္ငံဟာ လြတ္လြတ္လပ္လပ္နဲ႕ တည္တံ့ခိုင္ၿမဲေရး ဆိုတာဟာ ခိုင္မာၿပီးေတာ့ ညီညြတ္တဲ့ တပ္မေတာ္တခုလိုတယ္..။ ျမင့္ျမတ္တဲ့ စိတ္ထားေတြ ရွိတဲ့ တပ္ေမေတာ္တခုလိုတယ္..။ တိုင္းျပည္ကို ကာကြယ္ဖို႕.. ျပည္သူကို ေစာင့္ေရွာက္ဖို႕ ျမင့္ျမတ္တဲ့ စိတ္ဓါတ္ေတြနဲ႕ သစၥာရွိရွိတာဝန္ကို ထမ္းေဆာင္သြားမယ့္ တပ္မေတာ္တခုလိုတယ္..။

၆..။ သဘာဝနဲ႕ ပတ္သက္တဲ့ အလွအပေတြကို ဖန္တီးတဲ့အခါ ေကာင္းမြန္ စစ္မွန္တဲ့ အရသာကို ခံစားရရွိဖို႕ဆိုရင္ ဒီလိုဖန္တီးတဲ့ သူ႕အေနနဲ႕ ဘယ္ဟာက လွပပါတယ္..။ ဘယ္ဟာက အက်ည္းတန္တယ္ဆိုတာကို ခဲြျခားသိျမင္ ႏိုင္ဖို႕လိုအပ္သလို လူသားေတြ ေတြ႕ႀကံဳရတဲ့ က်ယ္ေျပာလွတဲ့ အေတြ႕အႀကံဳေတြကိုလည္း သံုးသပ္ႏိုင္ဖို႕ လိုအပ္ပါတယ္..။ ဘယ္ဟာကို ျငင္းသင့္တယ္ဆိုတာကို နားလည္တက္ဖို႕လည္း အေရးႀကီးပါတယ္..။

၇..။ တိုးတက္ေျပာင္းလဲေနတဲ့ ကမၻာႀကီးရဲ႕ စိမ္ေခၚမႈေတြကို ရင္ဆိုင္ႏိုင္ဘို႕ က်န္းမာသန္စြမ္းတဲ့ မိခင္ေတြက က်န္းမာသန္စြမ္းတဲ့ ကေလးေတြကို ေမြးဖြားေပးႏိုင္ၿပီး ဒီကေလးေတြကို ေကာင္းစြာျပဳစုေစာင့္ေရွာက္ႏိုင္မယ္..။ ဒီကေလးေတြ အတြက္ ေကာင္းမြန္ျပည့္စံုတဲ့ ပညာေရးစနစ္ ရွိမယ္ဆိုရင္ တိုင္းျပည္ဟာ မွန္ကန္နဲ႕ ဖြ႕ံျဖိဳးတိုးတက္ ေနတယ္ဆိုတာကို ျပသေနပါတယ္.. အနာဂါတ္ျမန္မာနိုင္ငံရဲ႕ ကေလးေတြအတြက္ ကြ်န္မတို႕ဟာ ပိုမိုေကာင္းမြန္တဲ့ က်န္းမာေရး ျပဳစုေစာင့္ေရွာက္မႈ.. ပိုမိုေကာင္းမြန္တဲ့ ပညာေရးစနစ္ေတြကို ခိုင္မာစြာ ခ်မွတ္ႏိုင္ဖို႕လိုပါတယ္..။

၈..။ အစိုးရအေနနဲ႕ ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕ ဆႏၵနဲ႕ မကိုက္ညီတဲ့ သေဘာထားအျမင္ေတြ.. အယူအဆေတြ အေပၚမွာ စိတ္ရွည္ရွည္နဲ႕ နားလည္သည္းခံမယ္ဆိုရင္ တိုင္းရင္းသားလူမ်ိဳးစု အခ်င္းခ်င္း အျပန္အလွန္ နားလည္မႈ ယံုၾကည္မႈေတြ ထြန္းကားလာႏိုင္ၿပီး ရိုးရာဓေလ့ထံုးစံေတြ စိတ္ဆႏၵေတြ မတူညီၾကတဲ့ တိုင္းရင္းသားျပည္သူအားလံုး လြတ္လပ္စြာနဲ႕ အသက္ရွင္ေနထိုင္ႏိုင္မွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္..။

၉..။ အဓမၼလုပ္အားေပး စီမံခ်က္ေတြမွာ ေယာက္်ား.. မိန္းမနဲ႕ ကေလးေတြဟာ ေငြေၾကးတျပားတခ်ပ္မွ မရပဲ ပင္ပန္ုးႀကီးစြာ ရက္ရွည္လမ်ား အလုပ္လုပ္ေနရတာေတြဟာ ဒုတိယကမၻာစစ္အတြင္းက နာမည္ေက်ာ္ ေသမင္းတမန္ ရထားလမ္းေဖာက္လုပ္စဥ္တုန္းက ျမင္းကြင္းမ်ိဳး..။ အေတြ႕အႀကံဳမ်ိဳးကို ျပန္လည္ အမွတ္ရ ခံစားမိေစပါတယ္…။


10..။ why do you think the people love and trust you so much?

I think the very first reason why the Burmese people trusted me was because of their love for my father. They had never doubted his goodwill towards them. And he had proved with his life that he was ready to sacrifice himself for them. Because of that they loved him and I think a lot of that love was transferred to me. So I started off with an advantage- ready – made fund of metta on which to build. So you cannot separate the fact that I am my father” s daughter from the fact that the people and I have managed to build up solid bonds of metta between us.

11.. But Daw Suu, I think the ” willingness” was there. And that was the power of the struggle- dynamic unity. How much are you really willing to arouse that same spirit of dynamic unity that King did with blacks, in your own people? The willingness to rise up against the injustices..-

Of course, one wants them to be united. But it is something that we have to work towards, steadily. It is not a job that will ever be finished. I do not think unity is ever complete, at least not in the human world. And although I realize and accept that our unity is not complete, that does not drive me to despair. You just have to keep working towards it all the time.

12.. What about women’s rights in Burma?
People have often asked me about women’s rights in Burma and I have always said very frankly; Men do not have rights in Burma as in many other parts of the world, but at the moment men are just as vulnerable to injustice and oppressions. So first, let’s give everybody their fundamental rights. Let’s just try to stop men from being thrown into prison. This in not to say women are not thrown into prison too. But there are probably a hundred or even a thousand times more men political prisoners than women. So at this moment I find it very difficult to think of women in Burma as apart from the same movement in which men are involved. But I am sure that the issue of women’s rights will come out once we have democracy and everybody is enjoying their basic political rights.


13.. Nelson Mandela mention in his memoirs that one of the things that he and his ANC colleagues talked a lot about during their many years in prison was how to sustain the awareness of the struggle in the minds of the people’s. I’d like to ask, how are you and your NLD colleagues attempting to ignite the people’s desire for freedom to that level of momentum ,as in South Africa, where it became an electrified movement that could not be happened..

What we have to make them understand is that the struggle is about them. That is what we always explain to the people. Democracy is about your job and your children’s education; it’s about the house you live in and the food you eat; it’s about whether or not you have to get permission from somebody before you visit your relatives in the next village: it’s about whether or not you can reap your own harvest and sell it to the person you want to sell it to. The struggle is about their everyday life.

14.. A three-part question; one , how confident are you that democracy will be achieved in Burma? Two, what are the most essential factors needed for that goal to be achieved? And thirdly, is there a possibility of giving a time-frame for when you feel that democracy will be achieved?

I can answer the last question first. No, I don’t believe in trying to predict when. And also I think it’s dangerous to try to predict these things when one can never tell. The first one, yes, I am confident that we will achieve democracy. And the second, what is needed is for the people to understand that they are not powerless. They’ve got to learn the power of the powerless. There is a lot that they can do to achieve what they want. They should not see themselves as helpless and totally in the hands of the powers that be.
